Very friendly staff and clean appearance. Good tasting sandwiches for the money. Will visit again.

Had to wait a long time before I could order (I think the employee was new so definitely not particularly mad. Everyone has to learn. The employee was doing her best!)2. The food is good but know it may take longer than you are use to for drive thru service.

The BBQ Brisket is so good that I will go back sometime this week. The way they made the cheese crispy is new and I approve. Also, that crispy bacon was a great addition. Light BBQ flavor is good so that the meat flavor shines. Tables need to be clean at all times.

Great new location. Food was great and fresh. Only reason they're getting 4 stars is we were the only customers. Lobby and drive through were empty. Still it took them 2 minutes to notice us at the counter.

Not incredibly fast and I came in on a slow day. They were missing something for my order and i had to wait a few minutes but nothing to excessive. The staff was still very polite and apologetic of the experience though. Clean restaurant too!

I didn't hate the place, but I got a major stomach upset from the gyro I had. Was sick for several days from it.

This restaurant has always clean and the employees are always friendly and have smiles. The food is always hot and fresh.

They didn’t get my order correct. I asked to make sure everything was in the sacks. Left off a gyro and cups of Greek sauce. I live over an hour away......real disappointing! I’ve tried calling back to the store and no one is answering. Ugh!!

Sat at the drive through screen for 5 minutes with no one greeting me, when I said "hello?" I was told there were 2 customers before me and then they would be with me. Another 3 minutes passed before my order was taken. Total time spent in drive through 15 minutes for 2 people in front of me.

My husband always gets the half pound roast beef. They now have huge cookies. I had the warm chocolate chocolate chip. Yum!

Arby's is one of my favorite places to go to lunch when I need something fast. Whenever I go there to eat I never have to wait long and the food has always been great. The staff is very friendly as well which is a plus. If you need a quick bite this is your place to go.

No one at this location is in a hurry to serve you so if you're in a hurry give yourself plenty of time. On a good note though yhe food is usually well prepared and doesn't look like it was thrown together. I guess there are tradeoffs.

First time visit. Staff is extremely helpful and cordial. Loved their Jamoka shake.

Food was good, but the employees and the manager do not know how to give simple change... order was $16.18, we gave them $20.18, and got back $2... Then when she got the manager to correct it, the manager basically told us that we were WRONG, but gave us $2 “out of pocket.” Learn how to do simple math or get a different job.

This is one of the absolute worst locations I have ever experienced.

You'll end up sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes to just go somewhere else.

Yukon Arbys is good. Just don't be in a hurry when you go. Good, just not real fast.

2:30 pm and Dining room closed, drive thru only. Unbelievable. I can remember when fast food was actually fast

I mean, curly fries! What more is there to say?! They’ve got the monopoly on great fried potatoes (curly fries)!!!

When this Arbys first opened, it was on point. For the last 3 months, i am always missing a sandwich, have a wrong sandwich, roast beef is all dried out like it sat out too long, I had a cordon Bleu today they had stuffed the silver dollar inch thick sized dried out end of the ham into the sandwich, which tested my gag relflex. That was after i had to remind them they forgot our extra large beef and cheddar. The one in Mustang is much better, I am done with this location.

The food was fine however the staff were slightly mmmmm... dumb, they were very slow with the service and when we asked for our food to go guess what they gave it to us on a tray and didn't even hand us a bag they did the same to a elderly fellow in front of us

Clean store. New so still very nice. I am glad they switched back to coke. The staff have been very helpful and friendly.

In addition to good food, their menu keeps getting better. You can get something for everyone.

Well my wife and I got food poison tonight from this place, I had roast beef she had chicken. So unless you want to spend the night in Oklahoma cities finest emergency room getting your stomach pumped out stay away!! Arby's I'm coming with my lawyer!

I love Arby's and it's very distressing to have such a new store be so disappointing! This is the third time we've come by and it hasn't changed yet. The service is slow, the staff seem unhappy to be working and it shows and the food isn't even warm.

This Arby's was very clean and staff very friendly. The food was great, very fresh. You can't go wrong visiting this restaurant.

Love the Turkey & Bacon Wrap. And of course their awesomely good potato curls.

Drive-thru line is very slow.(as it is every time we've been) We watched 4 other cars drive away after waiting too long and the car in front of us overheated. Some items were missing, (happens every time we've been also) and we waited another 5 min at the window to get the missing items. All together our time spent in the drive-thru was 47 min.

I'm sorry to say that I was soooo disappointed. 😥 The meat was old, dry, and the bun was stale. I gave it to my fur-babies. VERY disappointed. I called and got an animated version instead of a human being. Never received any response. 😡

I just don't understand why the service is so slow. That staff they had when they opened this store a year ago was great, but around mid summer of 2018 they got an all new staff, and every single time to this store it's slow. They should take a few tips from Chick- fil- a

Arby's has some unique fast food including deli meats and even a few fresh sandwich options. This Arby's is brand new so it is in really great shape and still maintains a standard of decency. Probably the best one in the Yukon/Mustang area.

So glad they opened another Arby's in Yukon. Food is good, interior is nice.
